Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing https://inbots.ai, https://dashboard.inbots.ai, or any InBots API, you (“you”, “your”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the InBots Privacy Policy at https://inbots.ai/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
InBots (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for deploying AI-powered customer support agents across messaging channels including Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. The Customer connects their own accounts on these platforms to InBots via OAuth and configures one or more AI agents with a knowledge base, tone, and language.
3. Account & responsibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the content of any message your AI agent sends on your behalf. You represent that you have the legal authority to connect the Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, WhatsApp Business accounts, and other platform assets you link to InBots.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use InBots to:
- send unsolicited marketing, spam, or broadcast messages outside the allowed use cases of each connected platform
- violate the Platform Policies of Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other connected platform
- distribute malware, phishing content, or messages that infringe third-party rights
- impersonate another person or business
- reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the InBots APIs or AI model integrations
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or any connected platform’s policies.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all content, conversation transcripts, knowledge base documents, product catalogs, and configuration you upload to or generate through InBots (“Customer Data”). You grant InBots a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Data solely to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.
6. Fees & billing
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe under the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on at least 30 days’ notice to billing admins.
7. Availability & disclaimers
We operate InBots with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output. AI-generated replies may occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for supervising your agents and correcting replies when needed. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InBots’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to InBots in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the InBots dashboard. Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, data ownership, governing law) will survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account admins by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
