Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion
There are three ways to have your data deleted from InBots:
- Disconnect from InBots directly. If you are a business owner, log in to dashboard.inbots.ai, go to Channels, and click Disconnect on the channel you want to remove. All access tokens and credentials for that channel are wiped within 24 hours.
- Revoke the app from Facebook / Instagram settings. Open Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations (or the equivalent path on Instagram), find “InBots Agents”, and click Remove. Meta will automatically notify our servers via the standard Deauthorize callback, and we will purge your data within 24 hours.
- Email us. Send a request to privacy@inbots.ai from the email address linked to your InBots account, subject line “Data deletion request”. We respond within 30 days (typically within 48 hours).
What gets deleted
On a verified deletion request we delete:
- All Meta-issued access tokens (Page tokens, user tokens) and webhook subscriptions
- Stored Page identifiers, Instagram Business account IDs, and linked metadata
- The corresponding integration row in our database (disconnected)
Conversation transcripts belonging to the business owner’s InBots account are retained as part of their CRM record for the duration of the active subscription, and deleted within 30 days of account closure. A business owner may explicitly request earlier deletion via the email channel above.
